All
our bottoms measure from waist to heel with a maximum length of 128cm
for you to alter. If you require a longer leg please email us for custom make. Just a reminder, woven beaded lace has 0% stretch, unlike most of our every day clothing. Having to go a size up is only because we are used to fibres that contain stretch.

Care
Instructions
ICARUS
uses a lot of delicate laces made up of hand beaded silks & tulle. Please
read our care instructions very carefully to ensure your new garment can last a
lifetime for all your special occasions.
Our
hand embellished garments can be gently soaked in cold water and laid out flat
to dry. They can be specially dry cleaned at dry cleaners who specialize in
bridal garments but please ask for a test first at your dry-cleaners. However
we highly recommend sticking to a gentle hand wash. These delicate garments can
also be patted down with a damp cloth.
Please
be aware that some beads & attachments may become loose from natural use.
We over embellish the lace to ensure that if any beads do become undone the
main reinforced beading will always remain attached. If you are unsure of how

Shipping
and Handling
All
our intricate garments are designed & hand made in our small Perth studio,
Australia. Please be aware because of this some orders can take up to 3+ weeks
to be hand made & dispatched. We aim to process all orders in a timely manner, but we
ask for your patience in order processing. Please email us if you are hoping for
your order to arrive by a certain date.
Once
your order has been completed, we package and dispatch your parcel immediately.
You will then be notified via email with the tracking number. Orders can be tracked
through the Australia Post website at http://auspost.com.au/
Any
parcels returned to sender will be re-shipped at the cost of the customer, and
we will not be held responsible for parcels that are redirected to a local post
office for collection. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate, as we
cannot be held responsible for a delayed parcel due to incorrect entry of
details.

extended over Christmas & New Years.
DOMESTIC
ICARUS
E-Boutique ships all Domestic orders via Australia Express Post and do not
require a signature on delivery. Please consider the security circumstances of
your delivery address, as we cannot be held responsible for stolen parcels.

INTERNATIONAL
ICARUS
ships worldwide! For all international orders we use Australia post, taking on
average 7-14 days to arrive. Some countries may take up to an extra 10+ days
depending on customs. If your region does not come up in our drop down
selection please email us at [email protected] for a detailed shipping quote.
Tracked International postage costs between $12-$50*, depending on your region
& how many items you order.

Taxes
and Duties
- All
international orders may be subject to taxes and duties, and will be due upon
collection or delivery of the order.
- All
applicable customs, taxes, import duties and collection fees are the
responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon
delivery).
- Customs
require that we state the exact value of your order directly on your parcel.
- Taxes
and fees are based on many different reasons (location, item value, material
etc), and we have no control over these costs.

ICARUS does not collect or pay for any of these fees, nor are we able to
predict them for each state or territory.
Returns
& Refund Policy
EXCHANGE
ICARUS
strives to provide exceptional customer service and deliver beautiful high
quality garments.
We
are happy to offer an exchange or credit note within 7 days of receiving your
order as a “change of mind” return.
Items
must be:

Not worn, damaged, altered or washed
·
Accompanied by all original packaging (dust bags,
garment bags, boxes)
·
All tags attached
If
you wish to make an exchange or receive a credit note, email us at
[email protected] within 7 days of order arrival, (we will check this using
your tracking number). Please include your contact details and information
regarding the item you are returning, such as; the order number or item name,
style code, size, colour and date of purchase. Return postage to our head
office is at cost of the customer, however, we will be happy to send the
exchanged item back at no charge. SALE items can only be exchanged for the same
item but in a different size (if that size is currently in stock). There is a
return postage fee of $15 for the new size to be sent out.
In
the event that a change of mind return does not meet any of the above terms,
ICARUS reserves the right to reject the change of mind return.
REFUND
ICARUS
will only provide you with a full refund if the product you purchased from our
E-Boutique is deemed:

faulty, not of acceptable quality, or unsafe; or
·
does not match descriptions made on the site.
We
aim to always create high quality garments to last you a life time, we test our
fabrics and garments with everyday use to make sure they are acceptable for
sale.
